Tag all hoses and linesto aid in installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that maydrain from hoses or system. Dispose of fluid
IAW local policy and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
1. Loosen hose clamp (Figure 1, Item 6).
2. Disconnect two hydraulic hoses (Figure 1, Item 1) from hydraulic hose fittings (Figure 1, Item 8).
3. Remove two hydraulic hose fittings (Figure 1, Item 8) and O-rings (Figure 1, Item 7) from gear pump (Figure 1,
Item 4). Discard O-rings.
4. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 2), washers (Figure 1, Item 3), gear pump (Figure 1, Item 4), and O-ring (Fig-
ure 1, Item 5) from machine. Discard O-ring.
