REMOVAL CONTINUED
7. Remove two bolts (Figure 5, Item 7), four washers (Figure 5, Item 6), and switch (Figure 5, Item 8) from lift
frame (Figure 5, Item 5).
8. Remove two retaining rings (Figure 5, Item 3) and two washers (Figure 5, Item 4) from machine.
WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Lift frame weighs 400 lb (182 kg).
Note location of spring washer and cam to aid in installation.
9. Using lifting device, remove pin (Figure 5, Item 9), lift frame (Figure 5, Item 5), cam (Figure 5, Item 1), and
spring washer (Figure 5, Item 2) from machine and lower onto a flat surface.
10. Remove lifting device and three slings from lift frame.
