This diagnostic code is recorded when the ECM detects an incomplete

This diagnostic code is recorded when the ECM detects a short to

This diagnostic code is recorded when the ECM determines that the

signal from the auxiliary lever position sensor is out of location. The

auxiliary lever position sensor is a 500 Hz PWM sensor. The possible

cause for this diagnostic code is the auxiliary lever position sensor needs
recalibrated. When this code is generated, if the diagnostic code is
active for at least three seconds, then the 487-13 diagnostic code will
become active. The 487-00 diagnostic code will become inactive.
